Google User Data
When you sign in with Google or use Google-integrated features, the Application may access the following Google user data:
· Google Account Profile Information: Your name, email address, and basic profile information, used to create and manage your Scribe-E account.

· Google Slides: Presentation creation and editing access, used to create Google Slides presentations and slide decks generated from your content.
How We Use Google User Data
Google user data is used solely to provide the Application's core features and user-requested functionality. Specifically:
· Your Google profile information, such as your name and email address, may be stored in Firebase Firestore to identify your account, manage your subscription, and associate your content with your profile.
· Google Calendar access is used only when you enable or use calendar-related functionality, including creating events from recordings, transcriptions, notes, or action items.
· Google Drive and Google Slides access is used only when you explicitly create or export documents or slide decks, or when the Application generates supporting Google documents for features you initiate.
· OAuth authentication tokens may be stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms to maintain your signed-in session and enable authorized Google-integrated features.
How We Store Google User Data
Your Google profile information, such as name and email address, may be stored securely in Firebase services operated by Google, including Firebase Authentication and Firebase Firestore. OAuth tokens used to maintain your signed-in session are stored locally on your device using platform-appropriate secure storage. Content you choose to export to Google Docs or Google Slides is created within your own Google account. The Service Provider does not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
Sharing of Google User Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or unrelated analytics purposes. Google user data is shared only as necessary to operate the Application, provide requested functionality, comply with applicable law, enforce our rights, or protect users and the Service.
Third Party Access
The Application uses third-party services to support authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, billing, artificial intelligence features, and other core functionality. These providers may process information on behalf of the Service Provider only as necessary to perform their services.
